My name is Klaus Normann Petersen and I am a Scandinavian which happens to have a passion for Mercedes Benz cars. I have a SL 600 from 1998 and a SL55AMG from 2003. My SL600 I try to keep in original condition but the SL55AMG is being worked on doing upgrads and tuning since I’m not only intrigued by the looks and lines but also the technic behind. Both cars are only been driven during summer times and I cherries the SL55AMG the most.
When people ask me about my cars and I start talking about them, then I always explain my passion by comparing it with people who buy a sailing boat or go bear-hunting in Canada …well - the list is long but I guess it comes down to life quality - what you will do in your spare time and what you will spend your money on. I know it’s “just a car” …………. but …… what a car! It certainly makes me feel on top of the world and I consider my two SL’s as my Viking ships!
